Tyler Shane McIntosh AKA (TY) was born on December 28, 2000 to Jodi Lynn Carr and Gregory Eugene McIntosh Sr. He departed his Earthly Life on Saturday September 18, 2021, to be in glory with his beloved mother and eternal grand parents Edward Dazzie McIntosh, William Carr and Loretta Bustle.
TY received his high school diploma i 2017 from Hillcrest Academy and Started Barber School Cutting Hair. He was a handsome young man with a laidback mentality and could put a smile on anyones's face. TY was a good man and wonderful father. He was loved by everyone he came in contact with. Tyler was a 1ST Time father, memories of him will be cherished dearly through his daughter Tanyla Malika McIntosh (Kirshawna Dixon). He shared a special bond with his sister Cherish McIntosh, whose name means to love and care in which she did unconditionally for her brother: His older sister Ghitana McIntosh also nurtured him with loving and open arms throughout his childhood; he also leaves four brothers Greg (Wook) McIntosh Jr., Anthony (Juice) McIntosh , Antonio (TO) McIntosh and Gregory Williams all of Cincinnati, Ohio; his aunts Jean McIntosh (Georgia) and Nancy Carr (Ohio) ; his uncles Willie McIntosh Sr. (Georgia) , John (Sara) McIntosh, Curtis (Bonnie) McIntosh and Scott Carr all of Ohio, many close cousins, nieces nephew, a very close friend Brice (Polo) and a special companion Natalie.
A special thanks to Ashley McIntosh and the entire Cain family for taking Tyler in to love as your own.
